Love Yourself 6 week yoga journey is a breakthrough program designed to radically change your body, mind, and relationship with yourself. In this progressive program, you will dive into the power of a consistent yoga practice so that it becomes infused in your bones.
In addition to the physical yoga and meditation practice, you will also be a part of a supportive sisterhood. In our weekly community meetings, everything comes together. This is where we get to share our experiences, hear each other’s stories, be a stand for one another, dive into inquiry work together, and connect over the shared challenges and celebrations of the program.

Program Outline
• Yoga 3x a week
(Mon & Wed: 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am)
• Group meeting 1x a week
(Mondays: 6:00 PM)
• Meditation 7x a week
(At home recordings)
*if you can’t make every yoga class and meeting, you can still join.
